SelectaPix Image Gallery contains a flaw that may allow an attacker to carry out an SQL injection attack. The issue is due to the view_album.php script not properly sanitizing user-supplied input to the 'albumID' variable. This may allow an attacker to inject or manipulate SQL queries in the back-end database.

SelectaPix is prone to multiple input-validation vulnerabilities. The issues include cross-site scripting and SQL-injection vulnerabilities. These issues are due to a failure in the application to properly sanitize user-supplied input.

A successful exploit of these vulnerabilities could allow an attacker to compromise the application, access or modify data, steal cookie-based authentication credentials, or even exploit vulnerabilities in the underlying database implementation. Other attacks are also possible.
