[原文]Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in Event Registration allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the (1) event_id parameter to view-event-details.php or (2) select_events parameter to event-registration.php. NOTE: the provenance of this information is unknown; the details are obtained from third party information.
Event Registration contains a flaw that allows a remote cross site scripting attack. This flaw exists because the application does not validate the 'event_id' variable upon submission to the view-event-details.php script. This could allow a user to create a specially crafted URL that would execute arbitrary code in a user's browser within the trust relationship between the browser and the server, leading to a loss of integrity.
Upgrade to version 26491 (2006-08-23) or higher, as it has been reported to fix this vulnerability. Note that this flaw was fixed in the 2006-08-23 release without a change in version number. An upgrade is required as there are no known workarounds. In addition, The Cute Group has released a patch for some older versions.
