[原文]Raritan Dominion SX (DSX) Console Servers DSX16, DSX32, DSX4, DSX8, and DSXA-48 set (1) world-readable permissions for /etc/shadow and (2) world-writable permissions for /bin/busybox, which allows local users to obtain hashed passwords or execute arbitrary code as other users.
Dominion SX contains a flaw that may lead to an unauthorized information disclosure. The issue is due to the /etc/shadow file having world-readable permissions by default, which will disclose the root user's password hash resulting in a loss of confidentiality.
Currently, there are no known workarounds or upgrades to correct this issue. However, Raritan has released a patch to address this vulnerability.
