AEdating contains a flaw that allows a remote cross site scripting attack. This flaw exists because the application does not validate certain input in the control panel. This could allow a user to create a specially crafted URL that would execute arbitrary code in a user's browser within the trust relationship between the browser and the server, leading to a loss of integrity.
Upgrade to version 3.3 or higher, as it has been reported to fix this vulnerability. An upgrade is required as there are no known workarounds.
aeDating is affected by a cross-site scripting vulnerability.
This issue is due to a failure in the application to properly sanitize user-supplied input to the control panel script of the application.
This issue may facilitate the theft of cookie-based authentication credentials as well as other attacks.
aeDating 3.2 and prior are affected by this issue.
An exploit is not required.
