aeDating contains a flaw that may allow an attacker to inject arbitrary SQL queries. The issue is due to the "event" variable in the "sdating.php" script not being properly sanitized and may allow an attacker to inject or manipulate SQL queries.
Upgrade to version 3.3 or higher, as it has been reported to fix this vulnerability. An upgrade is required as there are no known workarounds.
aeDating is affected by an SQL injection vulnerability.
This issue is due to a failure in the application to properly sanitize user-supplied input through a parameter of the 'sdating.php' script before using it in a SQL query.
Successful exploitation could result in a compromise of the application, disclosure or modification of data, or may permit an attacker to exploit vulnerabilities in the underlying database implementation.
aeDating 3.2 and prior are affected by this issue.
An exploit is not required.
