[原文]Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in Crafty Syntax Live Help (CSLH) before 2.7.4 allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the name field of a livehelp or chat session.
CSLH is prone to multiple HTML injection vulnerabilities. These issues exist due to insufficient sanitization of user-supplied data. The problem presents itself in various modules of the application and can allow remote attackers to inject HTML code into the name field and in chat sessions for live help.
Crafy Syntax Live Help 2.7.3 and prior versions are prone to these issues.

Loss of Integrity
CraftySyntax contains a flaw that allows a remote cross site scripting attack. This flaw exists because the application does not validate variables upon submission to the "Live Help" script. This could allow a user to create a specially crafted URL that would execute arbitrary code in a user's browser within the trust relationship between the browser and the server, leading to a loss of integrity.
Upgrade to version 2.7.4 or higher, as it has been reported to fix this vulnerability. An upgrade is required as there are no known workarounds.
