[原文]Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in search.php for WRENSOFT Zoom Search Engine 2.0 Build 1018 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the zoom_query parameter.
WrenSoft Zoom Search Engine is prone to a cross-site scripting issue in the software's search module. A remote attacker may be able to execute HTML or script code in a user's browser.
The problem occurs because the software fails to properly sanitize user-supplied input. An attacker may be able to a construct a malicious link containing HTML or script code that may be rendered in a user's browser upon visiting that link. This attack would occur in the security context of the vulnerable site.
Zoom Search Engine contains a flaw that allows a remote cross site scripting attack. This flaw exists because the application does not validate input variables upon submission to the search.php script. This could allow a user to create a specially crafted URL that would execute arbitrary code in a user's browser within the trust relationship between the browser and the server, leading to a loss of integrity.
Upgrade to version 2.0 build 1019 or higher, as it has been reported to fix this vulnerability. An upgrade is required as there are no known workarounds.
