[原文]Qpopper 2.53 and 3.0 does not properly identify the \n string which identifies the end of message text, which allows a remote attacker to cause a denial of service or corrupt mailboxes via a message line that is 1023 characters long and ends in \n.
This host is running the Qpopper pop3 server. This pop3 server contains a flaw that allows an attacker with a valid pop account to execute arbitrary commands on this host. An attacker could use this to gain access to this host.
Upgrade to version 3.0.1b2 or higher, as it has been reported to fix this vulnerability. An upgrade is required as there are no known workarounds.
